In todays episode, #24, Teresa answers the following questions;
– I recently had my astrology chart done & it told me my soul’s purpose is the complete opposite to my true aim in life. I can see these two aspects of myself competing daily. How do you balance the different parts of your personality?
– How do you deal with jealousy toward your partner? And how do you overcome his past, as well as jealousy toward his ex or their ex-relationship?
Today, Teresa talks about how life isn’t black and white, it’s many shades and you can do all the things you want to do and absolutely intertwine the different parts of your personality to co-exist. She talks about how you can find the balance between complete opposite aspects of yourself and find a way to merge them together, it’s just about exploring and trying it all, taking the time to figure out what all the different important things are to you and figuring out a way to make it happen in an organic manner. Teresa shares her personal experience with jealousy and how beautiful, authentic, vulnerable and honest communication is the key. Having that beautiful relationship where you can go to your partner and communicate that you’re feeling jealous, or sensitive surrounding this and how sometimes that can be enough to subside those feelings, or be the start of the dialogue you need to share and further discuss what’s on your mind. She talks about acknowledging that everyone has a past which is part of all the beautiful things that make us what we are.
