In todays episode, #21, Teresa answers the following questions;

– Relationship advice: you’ve highlighted the importance of open, calm communication. Do you have specific techniques for non-emotional communication & how to avoid conflict, accept & support one another?

– Being as awaken and in touch as you are, have you felt any of the sometimes clearly presented negative forces from the media?

Today, Teresa talks about non-emtional communication in relationships. She shares her insight on the importance of open, calm communication and discusses triggers and conflict. Teresa talks about her personal experience with this and offers up her advice as well as some really useful tools that her and Mark implement in their relationship to ensure they are meeting each other calmly and openly when communicating.
