Tez Talks Q&A // Series 2 – Episode 17 (Teresa talks Life, Energy & Spiritual Journeys) 

Hi everyone! We’re thrilled to welcome you back to episode 17 of series 2 of our Tez Talks Q&A. We say this every week but mean it, Teresa absolutely loved reading and answering all of your fantastic questions and we have loved putting together every episode for you guys!! Thank you to each and every one of you who submitted such thought-provoking, inspiring questions. Today’s episode is no different, filled with wonderful questions that allow Teresa to share her insights and experience with you, and from that we hope it will provide you with a source of inspiration as you continue to navigate whatever path you are currently on.

In today’s episode, #17, Teresa answers the following questions;

– How do you stay disciplined and ensure you are always taking the right steps to live your best, most joyful and authentic life? What do you do if you find yourself going off course?

– I wanted to ask your advice on raising your vibration. I consider myself a very optimistic person but what do you do when you are aware of the challenges and when ‘everything for a reason’ is growing tiresome?

– I’m 20 and feel very behind in life compared to others around me, I feel like I am not where I am supposed to be or expected to be. How can I use my spiritual journey to get me out of this rut?

Teresa shares her advice when it comes to living your best, most authentic life. She shares her day to day routine and things she puts in place to ensure she checks in with herself and lives her most joyful and authentic life. Teresa then goes onto her perspective on ‘everything happens for a reason’ and how to navigate and deal with confronting and challenging situations that come up in life. She talks about doing the work on yourself and shares the difference between getting into your feels and brushing things off and why you need to hold space for low vibrational stuff such as sadness, disappointment and frustration, and why this is important as well as celebrating and holding space when you are vibrating at a high frequency. Finally, Teresa shares her perspective on comparing and how to cultivate more love and acceptance of yourself. She talks about blocking out the noise and why it’s integral. As you can see, today’s episode is filled with so much juicy goodness!
