– What did you eat and exercise like when you were in high school? Would you go back and change any of those habits?
– I would like to receive an advice on how to let go of self pressure in terms of finding the right partner and starting a family when I’m almost 30! Is it normal to feel the same when ur 26? It feels like time flies so fast and I question if there is someone really meant for me?
– Do you have any advice for having a third child after 10 years?
In this episode, Teresa talks about her eating habits in high school and how she doesn’t even recognise her younger self in terms of eating habits. She shares what food and drink she used to put into her body as a teenager but explains why she has no regrets! She also shares how she changed her attitude based on ‘Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food’ and developed knowledge on nutrition and how she changed her habits. Teresa goes on to talk about the pressure of finding a partner and starting a family in comparison to age and how she also suffered from this at a certain point in her life and the steps she took to letting go of the fear surrounding this. Finally, Teresa offers her advice on having a third child ten years after the first and shares how she can relate in terms of her husbands experience having a child 6 years after his first son.
