Tez Talks Q&A Series 1 – Episode 3

Hi guys!

Welcome back to the next episode of our Tez Talks Q&A series! Throughout this series, Teresa is answering all of the wonderful questions submitted by YOU…our amazing YZL community! Teresa enjoyed reading all of your questions and absolutely loved filming this series and sharing her insights. We have been so overwhelmed with the positive response we have received from this series so far and how much you guys are loving it which makes us super excited to bring you the next instalment today!

In this episode, Teresa answers the following two questions;

– What do you do / think about when you feel negative thoughts and toxic ways of thinking coming back?

– What were the reasons that inspired you to spend more time in Adelaide? Was your son at the forefront of your decision?

Watch this episode below to discover Teresa’s answers! Teresa shares her personal experiences and insights in relation to these questions. She talks about her experience with negative thoughts and feelings and her coping mechanisms when she notices toxic ways of thinking or feeling bubbling up and shares an example of how this recently occurred for her and what she did to overcome it. The second question from this episode explores Teresa’s decision to split her time between Australia and the USA, her reasons behind it and why this is the best decision for her family.
