Tez Talks #24 – How To Keep In Balance
Today, Tez talks about balance and how to achieve and keep this in all areas of life. Tez discusses how checking in with your priorities and committing to these areas regularly help you stay balanced and healthy. It’s important to check in with yourself and find out what lights you up, makes you happy and allows you to feel balanced throughout your day-to-day life. She beautifully articulates how precious our time is, which is a wonderful reminder we so often forget as we race through our busy lives. And when something is energetically off, or one section of our lives and what makes us happy isn’t being tendered to, we are not truly living our best lives. In this Tez Talks, Tez challenges you to write out your ‘balance list’ and then commit to it for two weeks and to check in and be mindful of how you are feeling.
