Teresa’s back with the awesome Jeff from LA Mindset  today with her 30 week pregnancy workout! You may think that because Teresa is nearing the end of her pregnancy, the workout isn’t hard and Jeff goes easy on her…wrong!! This is a great workout for pregnant mamas but also a really great workout that anyone can do at home…even if you’re not pregnant, we think you’ll get a lot out of this one!! Here at YZL, we’re such advocates for moving your body, this doesn’t have to be through fancy classes or expensive gym memberships if that doesn’t fit in well with you for whatever reason, so Teresa loves being able to share these ‘at-home’ workouts with you all.
