– 1 scoop raw cocao protein

Lunch

Quinoa and lentil bowl with steamed spinach and sweet potatoes with sugar free tamarind sauce

Homemade vegan chili with a seitan sausage, veggies and a tomato sauce base

Snack

Black label Grape or strawberry flavored kombucha

Dinner

Vegan brown rice sushi roll and
Spicy Tempeh and kale salad with a side of miso eggplant and seitan

Or

Kelp noodle salad with mixed veggies and avocado with Asian sugar free dressing

Dessert

Fabes fruit sweetened vegan and gluten free cookie with unsweetened carob chips
