Hi guys!! Teresa and Jeff from LA Mindset are back with her 32 week pregnancy workout and we’re excited to share it with you! Jeff is awesome at what he does and has been training Tez throughout her pregnancy with at home workouts. We love that these workouts are just for the preggos or new mamas though, they are an amazing strength and muscle building workout for everyone…trust us, you will break a sweat and feel it the next day! And if you follow this exercise along with Tez and do it a couple of times throughout the week, you will notice a difference in how you feel…and your muscle definition before you know it. We especially love the fact that Jeff designs these workouts for anyone can do at home, without fancy and expensive equipment. We love that Teresa’s favorite little co-star; Bodhi Rain steals the show and wants to join in with mama!!
