Loving ourselves. It sounds like something that should be so easy. We give our love unconditionally to our family, friends, and significant others without thinking, but when it comes to loving ourselves, we often struggle. You look in the mirror and don’t like what you see, you do something embarrassing and you hide yourself away, cringing every time you think about it.
